General Hospital Spoilers: Dante Proposes To Sam, But Has She Fallen For Jason Again?
General Hospital spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) have been quite happy with the state of their relationship.
There hasn’t been any rush or desire to make things official by getting married. But recent events may change things. A couple months ago, Dante was shot in the line of duty and almost died.
He’s been slowly recovering, but the ordeal was one of the reasons why Dante considered leaving the police force.

Dante has also been concerned that his relationship with his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) would create conflict of interest with position on the force.
Sonny recent behavior has been getting worse, and the last thing Dante wants to do is compromise his duties as a police officer. Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) convinced Dante to remain on the force.
Sam was disappointed that Dante changed his mind because of the constant danger being a police officer entails. But Dante and Sam recommitted to their relationship. But Dante may decide that a marriage proposal would help bring them closer together.
GH Spoilers – Jason Morgan is back in town!
Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has returned to Port Charles after letting his family and friends believe he was dead for over two years.
Initially, Sam was furious because her son with Jason, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) needed his father and Jason wasn’t there. She blocked Jason and Danny from seeing each other, fearing that Jason’s lifestyle would bring even more danger into their lives.
But Sam’s feelings for Jason softened when she discovered Jason wasn’t gone of his own volition and that he had been forced by the FBI to be their informant.

If Jason hadn’t returned, Sam would likely immediately accept Dante’s proposal. But now, she’s determined to help Jason by finding out what the FBI has on him with the help of Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
If Sam is willing to risk her freedom by helping Jason, her feelings for her ex may be returning. That means a proposal from Dante may not be met with as much enthusiasm as it could be.
If her feelings for Jason slowly return, Sam may accept Dante’s proposal just to push her feelings for Jason back down. But she likely won’t be successful in the long run.
