Later, another stunning truth came out when EJ confronted Nicole. Days of Our Lives Spoilers confirm that not only did she admit to stealing the baby, but she even told him the baby’s real paternity! That is, Eric is the real father of the baby and not EJ. As expected, EJ forced Sloan to swallow that part of the tale, and only confess to the baby-stealing part!
