Days of Our Lives Alum Wakes Up to Devastating Scene: ‘I Hope the Piece of Human Garbage Who Did This… ’

The world is filled with so many kind souls but unfortunately, there are a lot of bad people out there running around amongst them — and Days of Our Lives’ Zach Tinker (ex-Sonny) recently fell victim to the latter group. On what would have likely been a normal day, quickly turned into complete upset when the actor awoke to a devastating scene outside of his home…
“Woke up to my car broken into and ransacked,” Tinker posted on social media, along with a photo of the cut top of his convertible. “Wallet, registration, thousands of dollars worth of belongings. All gone.” And while the scene rightfully left him angered and speechless, he continued, “Don’t really know what to say, besides I hope the piece of human garbage who did this trips into a pile of shit.”
Fans felt awful for the actor and quickly replied under his post with words of support, as well as to share their own experiences having been at the receiving end of vandalism and theft. When it’s all said and done, we hope that someone is held accountable so he can put this awful mess behind him.

The last time we saw Tinker in Salem was back in September 2023 when he was trying to reason with Alex over the revelation that he was Victor’s son. Though Alex was hurt, Sonny promised he would always be his brother. The character is currently in New Zealand, where his husband Will is filming a movie.
