In a post on her Instagram, the General Hospital star shared their tale of love. She exclaimed, “This weekend, on what would have been our 21st wedding anniversary, I got to Re-Marry my best friend, Sanford Bookstaver!” Moreover, the Daytime Emmy winner shed light on her exciting journey ahead. Sofer revealed how the duo is going to start fresh in a new state and town.
However, what truly sets Rena’s heart aflutter is knowing she shall embark upon it together with Sanford. We can tell how happy she is to re-marry the love of her life once more! Additionally, the GH luminary reflected on their past, expressing about it on her Instagram post. She penned, “The three years we spent apart were humbling and heartbreaking but vital to us finding each other again.”
The General Hospital actress explained how Sanford is the cornerstone of her existence. Furthermore, Rena just can’t envision another moment without Bookstaver by her side, their hearts intertwined in eternal love. The soap veteran couldn’t stop gushing, “You (Sanford) are the love of my life.” She wrapped up the sweet post by musing on her past with Bookstaver.

In addition, the couple shares a daughter named Rosabel Rosalind Kurth. As for Sanford, he tied the knot with Rena, and their marriage lasted from 2005 to 2017. Rena also shares a daughter named Avalon Leone with Sanford.
