General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, May 22 – Dex & Michael Fight Over Putting Sonny in Prison – Violet’s Grandpa Grief

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, May 22, reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will comfort Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and ask if he’s ready for this, so they may be on the verge of spreading the news about Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) demise.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is sure to be devastated once she gets updates on Gregory passing away in his sleep unexpectedly, but she’ll get plenty of support in the coming episodes.

In the calm before the storm, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will gush over some exciting plan that Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) is all for.

After Lois shares her idea with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), her joy will turn to sorrow as they both learn about Gregory’s sad end.

Meanwhile, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will have to tell Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) that her grandpa never woke up.

Violet will immediately burst into tears and fret over not being able to say goodbye, so Finn’s heart will break even more once he sees his daughter’s despair.

Finn will also bring Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) in the loop and give her a reason to grow concerned.

Liz may realize Finn’s been drinking and confront him about falling off the wagon.

In Albany, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will assure Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that she doesn’t need luck as she moves forward with the appeal process.

However, Alexis will be thrown a major curveball at the hearing.

At some point within the next episode or two, Lane Davies is set to make his first appearance as Fergus Byrne, Neil Bryne’s (Joe Flanigan) older brother.

Fergus may try to stand against Alexis’ reinstatement as a lawyer, but Diane will come out swinging in defense of her client.

In the park, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will get into a heated argument with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), who’ll apparently push him not to press charges.

As Dex gets agitated, he’ll argue that Michael is never going to get a better chance to stop Sonny than right now.

Dex might point out that Sonny could’ve taken him out permanently and warn that his next victim might not be so lucky.

Over with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he’ll remain fed up and furious with Sonny’s behavior.

Sonny will ask what Dante is accusing him of, so Dante may argue that Sonny exploits the soft spot his children have for him.

Of course, Dante is done defending Sonny and trying to make excuses for a dad who’s making so many selfish, aggressive moves.

That’s why Dante will warn Sonny that he’s on his own and leave Sonny even more convinced that everyone is turning against him.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will speak with someone over the phone later and ask how soon they can get there, so we’ll see if she meets with Dante, Dex or someone else.

Across town, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will get some crucial information, so that may be about Sonny’s altered medication.

Could Ava get a hint that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is responsible?
