The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) headaches could be a hint about a new medical storyline. Could Hope have a brain tumor and not know it yet?

In the May 20 episode, Hope mentioned the headaches she’s been having to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and said she’d been thinking about trying acupuncture.

That led to Finn offering up his own skilled hands for a massage that brought some relief.

Of course, Finn also encouraged Hope to cut some stress from her life by letting Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) go, but what was the point of all those scenes?

It’s possible Hope’s headaches were just meant to set up that massage and get Finn to talk about how she deserves a good man who isn’t Thomas.

The whole thing may have been a writing strategy to give Finn and Hope some close moments.

However, many fans on social media are already wondering if there could be more to the story.

There’s a chance Hope has a brain tumor or some other type of serious medical issue that’s causing these headaches.

We should also bring up the fact that Hope fainted at the sight of Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) after she returned.

What if that fainting spell was connected to this potential brain tumor and not just the shock of seeing Sheila alive?

It’s worth mulling over, especially since Hope has undergone such a major character transformation.

It’s led to questions and concerns from viewers as well as multiple people in Hope’s life.

There have been plenty of complaints about Hope not acting like herself since she threw away her marriage to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and got together with Thomas, who previously stalked her and kept Beth Spencer’s (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) survival quiet.

If B&B writers wanted a way to explain why Hope went so wild, they could easily use a brain tumor to do it.

That doesn’t necessarily mean they will, but we should at least address the option now that these headaches have become part of Hope’s storyline.
