General Hospital Spoilers: Anna Spills Jason’s Secret to Carly – Blurts Out FBI Leverage Truth?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) may eventually get fed up enough to divulge a major secret. GH fans know Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) came clean to Anna about the FBI’s leverage, but he swore her to secrecy since he’s worried about how Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) would handle the news.

If Carly learns that John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) has recorded proof of her RICO violations, she could go rogue even more than before.

Jason doesn’t want to see Carly spin out in the name of helping him and land in prison.

However, it’s interesting that GH writers have chosen to put this secret in Anna’s hands.

They could’ve left Anna in the dark on the details of John and Jason’s deal, but that’s not what they chose to do.

Instead, Anna got the whole scoop and knows Carly is the reason John was able to rope Jason into this arrangement.

In other words, Anna knows Jason is already in a mess because of Carly – and that means she’ll become increasingly frustrated as Carly inevitably adds to that mess.

Anna wasn’t happy about Carly visiting Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) and delivering updates on John’s FBI investigation.

Although Anna is hoping she can turn things around and use Carly’s blunder to their advantage, it may not be long until Carly makes more costly mistakes.

The angrier Anna becomes, the greater the chances of her blurting out more than she should in a confrontation.

It’s easy to imagine a scenario where Carly botches things and causes another serious setback when it comes to taking down Pikeman.

Anna may have another fierce faceoff with Carly and offer up a hint in the heat of the moment.

Perhaps Anna could argue that Carly has done more than enough to make Jason’s life difficult and leave Carly curious about what that means.

Then again, Anna could let something more specific slip that gets the wheels turning for Carly about Jason and John’s connection.

It may not take Carly long to put the clues together and figure out that Jason lost well over two years of his life because of her.

Even now, Jason is still having to play by John’s rules for Carly’s sake, so will Anna be the one who tips Carly off and helps her figure out the truth?
