General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Recruits Spinelli to Destroy FBI Leverage – Jason Freedom Operation?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will remain determined to help Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) now that she understands a bit more about his situation.
Jason managed to convince Sam that it wasn’t his choice to stay away from his family.
The only reason Jason let everyone believe he was deceased was the FBI’s leverage, so Sam’s curious about what exactly they’re holding over him.
Of course, Sam may not be thrilled once she eventually finds out Jason’s been doing all this to protect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
After the way Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) went to Pentonville for Carly and faced a separation from Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante), Jason’s ordeal may give Sam a sense of déjà vu!
However, Jason only expected this mission to last a few months in the beginning.
That surely seemed like a small price to pay to help Carly avoid spending two decades behind bars.
Carly would’ve been yanked away from Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears), who was awfully tiny when Jason got roped into all this.
Jason was right when he basically pointed out that Donna needed Carly more than his teenage sons needed him.
Sam may not see it that way when the truth finally comes out, but she still doesn’t want Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) to go through the heartbreak of losing his dad again for any reason.
The quicker Sam can get Jason out of this mess, the better! That’s why Sam will come up with a potentially risky plan.
During the week of May 13-17, Sam will recruit Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for help with a new Jason-related project.
Spinelli should be happy to pitch in since he’d do just about anything for Jason, especially if it contributes to making sure he’s free from the FBI’s grasp.
Sam may want Spinelli to do some digging and find out the exact nature of the evidence that John’s been holding over Jason’s head. From there, Sam might even push Spinelli to destroy it!
Could there be a way for Dex to wipe out that incriminating Carly recording and any copies that might exist?
Stranger things have happened on soaps, so Sam may feel like they at least have to try.
Based on our GH predictions, Sam will do whatever it takes to free Jason, which is good since there’s no guarantee John will let Jason off the hook as long as that leverage exists.
That’s something Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) pointed out, so let’s hope Sam and Spinelli can make progress on getting rid of the FBI’s power over Jason.
