Young & Restless’ Zuleyka Silver Reveals Exciting News: ‘Can’t Get Rid of Me Now’

Last month, viewers watched as Tucker made his move and proposed to Audra on The Young and the Restless and her portrayer was recently faced with a proposal as well. That’s right fans, Zuleyka Silver is officially off the market and now an engaged woman!

The CBS soap actress shared a series of photos of the special moment in her life when her boyfriend, Nate Peterson, popped the big question and she said yes — or more to the point, “Can’t get rid of me now,” as Silver teased on her official Instagram page, along with the hashtag “happiest.”

It appears from the photos that the big event took place at the Grand Canyon in Arizona and the post featured a few gorgeous shots of her engagement ring, the couple kissing in front of the Hermit’s Rest 1914 rock structure that leads into the well-known trail, beautiful pics of Silver and Peterson smiling for the camera and a collage of memories to close out the post.

Many of Silver’s castmates jumped into the comments to express their thoughts, including Amelia Heinle (Victoria), who cheered, “Congratulations!” as Rory Gibson (Noah) stated, “Congrats Zu, so happy for you two!” with Kate Linder (Esther) adding, “So happy for you, congrats!” And Vail Bloom (Heather) shared, “I just saw you walked by my room. I’m gonna run out and give you a hug next time I see you! How exciting!”
