Sugar might have wanted to come back for revenge on Sheila since the only reason she resembles the she-devil so much is that years ago, Sugar was tricked into getting plastic surgery to look like Sheila. So, we can understand that Sugar was upset about it and wanted to go after Sheila. Moreover, Sugar even had to go to jail because of her face, most likely because the cops caught her thinking that she was Sheila. As a result, it looks like Sugar and Sheila had quite a past together, and Sugar definitely had reasons to seek revenge on the woman who ruined her entire life. Maybe Sheila wanted a twin so that she could commit crimes and get away with it by sending Sugar to prison in her place, and that’s exactly what happened.

Of course, that is enough reason for someone to seek revenge after being robbed of their own identity and forced to live somebody else’s life. No matter what the case, if we look into Sugar’s past, it certainly does not look like this was her first time seeking revenge. We still don’t know why she was at the Cliff House that night and what she wanted with Stephy. It seemed like she had gone there with a plan, but it clearly failed since she ended up losing her own life. So, with Sugar no longer around to give the details, we need to find them ourselves. This week, Deacon will have a grilling session with Lauren, who is going to provide him with some shocking information about Sugar.

Before Sugar died by the hands of Stephy, she claimed that Stephy was about to die, so that makes it clear that she went to the Cliff House to kill Stephy. Maybe Sugar was planning on murder and leaving some evidence behind proving that it was Sheila who committed the crime. She was basically Sheila’s twin at the time, so she might have wanted to set a trap and have Sheila arrested. If the plan had been successful, Sheila would have no chance of being in Finn’s life. Clearly, Sugar might have thought that she would get her revenge after sending Sheila to prison for killing Stephy and making Finn hate her for life. Unfortunately, she never thought her plan would end up taking her own life.

If that is the case, we have to ask where the real Sheila is. Maybe she is being held as a hostage somewhere by someone Sugar used to know. On the other hand, it is possible that someone else learned about Sugar’s plan and decided to kidnap Sheila for their own personal reasons.
