Finn and Deacon would definitely like to hear the reason behind all the drama. This is the moment where they meet the homeless Tom and start asking him about Sheila. It is possible that Deacon shows Tom a picture of her and wonders if he has seen the woman around. This could be where things get interesting. What if Tom tells them that he has indeed seen Sheila, not alone, but with her twin? That would surely put the puzzle into pieces and help Deacon and Finn connect the dots. As we recall, Sheila once said something about someone she knew back then who was coming to meet her. It must have been Sugar, who resembles Sheila a lot because of the plastic surgery she got without knowing it.

In any case, the two of them might have planned things out in the dark alley to avoid getting suspected, and that could be when Tom saw them together. On the other hand, he might claim that he has seen the woman recently and perhaps lead Deacon and Finn to her possible hideout location. It seems that Sugar did not have any good memories with Sheila in the past, so maybe she decided to frame Sheila for killing Stephy.

But clearly, she messed up pretty badly and ended up losing her own life, so Sheila could have been locked up somewhere by an ally of Sugar.
