The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, April 11 – Sharon’s Rescue Follows Crisis Call – Summer & Kyle Fight Over Claire
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, April 11, reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will get Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) on the phone and admit they have a serious mental health situation going on at the Abbott mansion.
It’s easy to see that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is unwell, but “Ms. Abbott” is in charge right now and keeps lashing out instead of accepting the help Ashley needs.
Sharon will come to the rescue after Jack’s crisis call and try to evaluate what’s happening in Ashley’s head.
Once Sharon gets updates on the blackouts and how Ashley was speaking about herself like she was another person, could she suspect this is dissociative identity disorder?
We know Ashley indeed has DID, so Sharon might share her thoughts on that possibility – even if she can’t offer a firm diagnosis at this point.
Ashley needs to undergo tests and a more extensive mental health evaluation at a facility somewhere, but convincing “Ms. Abbott” of that will be an impossible task.
“Ash” is chained to the bed in Ashley’s mind, so she’s counting on Ashley to wake up and take control again.
Since Y&R spoilers say Ashley will reel over a new environment, she may awaken with “Ash” and receive some shocking news about what’s been happening with “Ms. Abbott.”
Ashley may finally shove “Ms. Abbott” aside, but she’ll no doubt be scared and confused as she reenters the real world.
Fortunately, Sharon can offer advice on Ashley’s next steps as she gets more assistance from other mental health professionals.
Over with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), it looks like they’ll get into a fight over Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and whether she should be around Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell).
Summer will refuse to back down on Thursday’s show, but Kyle will feel like Claire has changed and deserves a chance to rebuild her life.
That may lead to Kyle letting Claire hang out with Harrison whether Summer approves or not since Claire will read him a bedtime story before the week’s over.
Our predictions point to some furious panic from Summer once Jordan (Colleen Zenk) targets Harrison for a kidnapping plot while Claire’s present.
For now, we’ll see Kyle rush to Claire’s defense as Summer remains wary of her cousin and the danger she brings to the table.
