Young and the Restless spoilers find Lily Winters in trouble after making a hasty decision. And, sadly, her family company may pay the price on the CBS soap opera.
Lily Winters Devastated on Young and the Restless
Recently, on Y&R, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) returned home to Genoa City after a lengthy absence. She left town to help her daughter and when she came back she got quite a shock.
Her boyfriend, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei), admitted that he was still in love with his ex, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). Furthermore, he wants to be with her and reunite their family.
Of course, Lily was heartbroken on Young and the Restless. She was also angry that Daniel emotionally and physically cheated on her instead of telling her right away.
This is where things get a little tricky on Young and Restless. They both work for Lily at her family’s company, Chancellor-Winters.
She couldn’t imagine having to see them together every day at work. So, it led her to make a big decision — one that is coming back to bite her.
Lily Unleashes on Daniel & Heather on Y&R
Lily recently discussed the possibility of firing Heather and cheating Daniel from CW with her brother and business partner, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Of course, Devon fully supports his sister but he wasn’t completely sure they should fire them.
However, Lily had already made up her mind on Young and the Restless. Then, when she ran into them at Crimson Lights she told them both they were terminated, effective immediately.
They knew there was a chance they could both lose their jobs. But, it still came as a shock. At first, they agreed not to fight it but after they had some time to think they changed their minds. And now, Lily may have quite the fight on her hands.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Heather & Daniel Fight Back – Lily in Legal Trouble
After talking with Daniel’s mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he and Heather agreed they should sue Lily for wrongful termination.
The main factor is that the mental-health-based video game OmegaSphere is Daniel’s baby. It’s extremely important to him and he doesn’t want to lose it. So, Heather being a legal shark is going to go after Lily.
She may not try to get their jobs back on Young and the Restless. However, her goal may be to ensure that Daniel keeps OmegaSphere and control over it. Heather’s move is sure to throw Lily for a loop.
But a lawsuit may not be good for Chancellor-Winters. They’re already having problems within the company. Plus, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is trying to stake her claim over it.
So, this new lawsuit could hurt them. And it may cause tension within the family because Lily set it all in motion by firing her ex and his girl.
