Christel Khalil, the talented actress behind Lily Winters, is finally back on The Young and the Restless after her maternity break. While we know everything about Lily’s life, Christel likes to keep much of her personal life under wraps.

Fans of Y&R were really happy when Christel Khalil returned to the show as Lily after her maternity leave. But she didn’t reveal much about her second baby before taking a short break. Christel, who likes to keep things private, only gave fans a little peek into her journey to becoming a mom last June with a nice picture on Instagram showing her baby bump.
Then, in October, she and her fiancee, Sam Restagno, finally revealed they were expecting a baby boy at a beautiful baby shower. Fast-forward to February 2024, Christel again surprised everyone by coming back to The Young and the Restless. That means she’s done with her time off after having her baby.
But it was on March 19 that really made everyone’s hearts warm. In a sweet video she shared online, Christel showed the beautiful room she and Sam made for their new baby, Remy. Yes, they name their little one Remy. The baby’s room seemed so calm and pretty, with soft colors and gentle lights.
Like a proud mother, Christel Khalil showed everything, from the comfy crib to cute letters spelling out Remy’s name. There was even a flag with an “R” above the crib, making the room feel special. In the video, with the song “So This Is Love” playing, The Young and the Restless star’s big smile showed just how happy she and her baby were in the cozy room.
