The Young and the Restless Week of July 1 Preview: Adam & Chelsea Kiss Passionately – Billy’s Huge News for Lily

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of July 1-5 reveals that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will seem glum as she talks to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) at Crimson Lights. Lily will guess congratulations are in order, but she won’t seem like she expects to learn the board vote went their way.

However, Billy will tell Lily that they won, so he’ll apparently expect to lead Abbott-Chancellor into the future together following the demerger.

Since Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) is driving Lily up the wall, she could easily abandon her previous plan and truly join Billy on the Abbott-Chancellor side of things.

Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll join Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) at the athletic club and look down in the dumps.

It won’t take Nikki long to realize Jack’s struggling with something.

Jack will admit the situation has deteriorated at Jabot and that the family drama is tearing him apart.

Nikki will push Jack to open up to her, especially since he was such a strong source of support when he was her sponsor.

“Talk to me Jack,” Nikki pleads in Y&R’s weekly preview video. “Let me be there for you the way you have been here for me.”

Jack may spill how Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) fired Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) over his insubordination and worry about what the future holds for his son.

Of course, Nikki could eventually get updates on Kyle and Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) co-CEO status at Glissade, so maybe she’ll be the one to break that news to Jack later on.

In the meantime, let’s talk about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) since some sizzling scenes are on the way.

Y&R’s weekly promo shows Chelsea leaning up to kiss Adam, who kisses her back as the passion between them escalates.

It’s clear that Adam and Chelsea’s old feelings have been bubbling back up – and if this make-out session is any indication, things are about to boil over!

Will Chelsea and Adam ultimately strip down for a romp in that plush hotel bed?
