General Hospital Spoilers: Jason’s Extended FBI Stint – John Holds Spinelli/Sam Info. Over His Head

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that it looks as if the Pikeman storyline is wrapping up. With that being said, when this arc closes, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will finally be a “free man”; no longer under the hold of the FBI or John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington).

Still, with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) recently swiping FBI information to find out what the agency had on Jason, could John find a new reason to keep “Stone Cold” on as an FBI informant?

GH Spoilers: John “Jagger” Cates Is Not Stupid

GH spoilers suggest that when Sam and Spinelli “fooled” John at the Metro Court pool, it seemed a little too good to be true.

As an FBI agent, there’s no way he had no clue who Sam was and her private eye history; there’s also a good chance he knew she was Jason’s ex, and everything about her past.

The fact that they swiped his FBI card that easily, was suspicious. Sure, they got the information they needed, and Sam knows Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was the reason Jason agreed to help the agency, but it’s hard to believe that John had no idea what was going on.

Still, perhaps he purposely wanted them to fall into this trap.

GH Spoilers: If Sam & Spinelli Get Caught, There Will Be Massive Repercussions

Sam was outraged when she learned the lengths Jason went to, to protect Carly. Still, is she being hypocritical? She went to extreme lengths to see if she could help Jason, and dragged Spinelli into it all, too.

If either of them gets caught, their necks are on the line, and this not only affects Sam and Spinelli, but their children, as well as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). This has been hinted at multiple times lately.

Jason did an amazing job as an FBI informant. His past work as a mob boss henchman proved to have the perfect skill set that the agency needed. So, will they tap into that again? Will John hold over the evidence he has on Sam and Spinelli to keep Jason under his FBI thumb?
