Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Chanel’s High-Risk Pregnancy Diagnosis – Janel Decides To Stay In Salem

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of June 24 hint at pregnancy troubles for Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens).

What does this mean for her and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) as they plan to head out of Salem and off to L.A.?

Days Spoilers: Will Janel Leave Town?

DOOL spoilers indicate that neither the show nor the actors have indicated that Chanel or Johnny will be exiting the canvas. This doesn’t mean they won’t leave, after all, Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) didn’t seem like they were on their way out; however, since they left for China, they haven’t exactly been heard from, for weeks now!

Still, as Janel packs up to pursue a job opportunity for Johnny, fans can’t help but feel as if something will stop them. Could an at-risk pregnancy diagnosis keep them in town?

DOOL Spoilers: Chanel DiMera Will Require A Stress-Free Pregnancy

DOOL spoilers for the week of June 24 suggest that after experiencing some cramping, Johnny will take Chanel to the doctors and then the couple will be given some bad news. Could she lose the baby or will the doctor say she needs 24/7 bed rest?

On the one hand, if she lost the baby, this would cause a ton of emotion and drama for her, Johnny, and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry); however, there’s a good chance Days’ writers want to create an obstacle for Janel to stay in Salem, and an at-risk pregnancy, where Chanel was bedridden for the rest of her pregnancy, might be in the cards.

There’s no way Janel could handle a big move if she needed bedrest, and she will want to be around family and a comfortable home (not filled with moving boxes) to get rest until the baby comes.

Staying in Salem because of the baby might also cause animosity between her and Johnny, as he can no longer pursue his “dream job”.

He may not only be bitter toward his wife but also his mother-in-law for exposing Chanel to radiation in the first place, which may be the cause of his wife’s “at-risk” diagnosis.
