Days of Our Lives Monday, June 17 Update: EJ’s Marriage at Risk, Brady Buries Theresa Feelings and Abe’s Special Gift
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, June 17, reveals that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will need some comfort as she processes Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) latest news.
Although Paulina ultimately tried to be supportive, she’s still heartbroken over the idea of Johnny and Chanel living so far away.
Chanel agreed to move to Los Angeles with Johnny as he pursues a movie-making opportunity, so Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will want to help Paulina cope.
Will Abe decide a visit from Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and the twins is just what the doctor ordered?
It looks like Abe may arrange a little family reunion as a surprise for Paulina as they prepare for Johnny and Chanel’s goodbye party.
That bash will also become Paulina and Abe’s anniversary celebration on Juneteenth.
In the meantime, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will run into Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), so they’ll address the elephant in the room.
Brady went to bed with Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien), but that mostly happened because she wanted to get back at Alex for keeping Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) on the side.
Despite Brady’s obvious feelings for Theresa, he’ll stuff those down and assure Alex that he’s better off just being co-parents with her.
Of course, we should point out that a kiss happens between Theresa and Brady in DOOL’s weekly preview video.
It’s possible Brady, Theresa or both will fantasize about making out if they’re still craving each other on some level.
That said, Theresa is committed to Alex, who’ll profess his love for her and plan a marriage proposal later during the week of June 17-21.
Until then, let’s talk about Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) leverage since he just found the genetic testing results in the safe.
Now Stefan is in the loop on “Jude DiMera” aka Jude Brady’s (Oliver McLarty) true paternity, so he knows EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) isn’t the “baby daddy” after all!
Stefan will back EJ into a corner as he plays up the power he now holds over his brother.
EJ may be forced to get Gabi Hernandez DiMera (last played by Camila Banus) out of the slammer ASAP – at least if he wants to keep this secret buried and make sure his marriage to Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) stays intact.
Stefan may make a prediction about Nicole divorcing EJ and leaving him for Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) if she learns the truth.
EJ will realize that’s exactly what’ll happen if he doesn’t follow Stefan’s orders, so he may agree to free Gabi as fast as he can.
