The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor Triggers Adam’s Dark Side, Reverts Back To Old Ways?
The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has some concerns in the back of his mind about his son, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
At least, that’s what he was alluding to when he was speaking to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Victor admits that he is worried about his grandson, Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), but he’s so proud of the progress that Adam has made over the last year.
Even Nick has admitted that Adam has made huge strides and is honestly here for the better. While the situation with Connor has been tough, Adam has stepped up and shown that he is a capable father and leader.

Over the last few months, we’ve seen a serious change in Adam, and it feels like he has truly changed for the better. However, with Connor’s mental health, Victor claims that he is worried about Adam and the kind of toll it will take on him personally. Victor said that he fears the darkness will come back in Adam.
Even if Nick were to lose Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), or Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) due to his son’s condition, we don’t think that Adam is going to fall back into his old ways. He’s too much of a changed man and it would be a terrible deal-breaker for fans who have loved to see his transformation.
Y&R Spoilers – Victor Newman Has A Strange Feeling About This
It’s ironic at all that Victor would fear Adam falling back into the darkness. Victor… the man who kept a woman locked up in his basement for months on end.
Nothing like the pot calling the kettle black! Victor telling anyone that he’s afraid of someone falling off the wagon and slipping into the darkness is hilarious.
Victor has done more shady things than anyone, yet, whenever it comes to Adam, he manages to find a pedestal and stand upon it to belittle and berate Adam.
Even if he’s stating these things under the guise of “feeling concerned”, we all know that Victor is the reason for most of Adam’s acting out.
Victor always gives Adam a shot, then pulls the rug out from under him, watches him slam into the ground, and dares to ask him what happened.
