It doesn’t help that Billy and Chelsea can never seem to get out of crisis mode.

Perhaps Lily will become more than an ally and ex-girlfriend to Billy as this story heats up.

Billy and Lily could land back in bed together at some point, so his cheating might be the reason his relationship with Chelsea blows up.
