The Young and the Restless Wednesday, June 5 Spoilers: Lily Blows Up at Billy – Sally Catches Chelsea & Adam Too Cozy
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, June 5, reveal that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be thrown for a loop when she interrupts a conversation between Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Sally will spend some time bringing over her belongings since she agreed to Adam’s offer to move in with her.
Although things are going well in Sally and Adam’s relationship, she’ll be taken aback at the sight of Adam and Chelsea looking so cozy.
Chelsea has definitely been leaning on Adam for support lately since they’re both so worried about Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
It sounds like Sally will witness an embrace between the exes that perhaps looks a little too warm for her taste!
Of course, Sally may try to tell herself that it means nothing and that she trusts Adam, but problems could be on the horizon if Adam and Chelsea deepen their bond even further.
In the meantime, Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) will have a meeting with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James), so the topic of Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) promoting Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is bound to come up.
Devon may apologize for how he treated Mamie before and push for a new alliance to get rid of Billy ASAP.
Nate has always been more interested in keeping the peace at Chancellor-Winters and will likely reiterate that stance, so Mamie will argue with him on Wednesday’s Y&R episode.
As for Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), they’ll have an argument of their own now that Billy’s back from his trip.
Billy will manage to get under Lily’s skin during this faceoff, so she’ll blow up at him after her patience runs out.
However, Lily doesn’t have the whole story since Billy is keeping a major secret about Jill’s health.
At some point, Billy might go against Jill’s wishes and confide in Lily about his mother’s medical crisis, which is the real reason she took a step back and ordered him to fill in.
If Billy updates Lily on that crucial information, it could totally change her perspective and make her more willing to accept him as Jill’s replacement.
Based on our predictions, this could also give Lily and Billy a reason to grow closer again, especially if she joins him in keeping this secret from Devon and everyone else at Chancellor-Winters.
